The founder of Thrissur IT Park was a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience as a manager at British Petroleum. Inspired by the dynamic co-working spaces he had encountered in the UAE, he aimed to bring a similar concept to his hometown to foster entrepreneurship and innovation among the youth.

Project Scope

Thrissur IT Park was a four-story building with a total area of 10,000 sq ft, offering rental spaces as rooms and individual seats. The founder entrusted me with the responsibility of creating marketing campaigns, operating the facility, and driving sales.

To promote larger room rentals, I organized a series of offline events named "Humans of TIP." These events were instrumental in showcasing the co-working space's vibrant community and fostering networking among entrepreneurs, professionals, and aspiring business owners. Through targeted marketing efforts and community engagement, I successfully sold most of the available spaces and seats. This achievement was pivotal in establishing Thrissur IT Park as a preferred choice for co-working in the region.
